There are several ways to get the show:

iTunes:  The easiest (IMHO) is to just use iTunes.  It’s free and chances are you already have it/use it.  You can either go to  the The Bitterest Pill page within the iTunes Music Store, or  simply  subscribe right now. That’s it.  Pretty easy.

E-MAIL: Another great thing is that you can subscribe to our e-mail notification thingy (below). You’ll receive an e-mail every time a new show is available, along with any artwork from the blog and a link to click to download the show. It just can’t get any more simple than that!

PremiumCast: If you want, you can sign up through PremiumCast.  That is also free, but I end up with your e-mail address.  Someday I might actually send you something, but I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you.  Due to technical difficulties, we can’t process new subscriptions directly from this site at the moment.  please g>>o PremiumCast.com to sign up. Simply fill in the fields with your name and e-mail address, and click the appropriate button (depending on how you’d like to subscribe). Voila! That’s it. C’est tout. Yeah, baby.
