#253: The Accidental Audition

The dog’s constant throwing up is upsetting me, because it is distracting me from my non-stop thinking about how my midlife crisis wants an electric guitar.

The neighbors moved away, and were replaced by slightly younger replicas.  We accidently wished they would move away.  Holy cow, be carefully what you accidently wish for…

In an effort to not be rear-ended, I did not make the unsafe right turn.  Unfortunately, the guy behind me thought I was going to make the turn, so he rear-ended me instead.

We went to a fancy new restaurant in Manhattan Beach that serves pig face and sheep neck to cougars and billionaires.

  1. I always knew that turn right rule was insane, as it totally relies on the driver pulling out being able to judge how fast someone is coming. I read recently that somewhere in California was installing our contribution to the motoring world – the roundabout!

That restaurant sounded medieval, like something out of a Wes Craven movie!

And didn’t I tell you about Venice Beach!

  2. We have roundabouts a couple of places here and they have them all over where we go to the beach. Sorry Wayne – I HATE them. (Now I know who to blame lol) If you grew up using them you probably get used to them and know how to properly use them. However, Americans are not used to them, get impatient as usual and tend to mess it up. People try to gun it and race in. Not a good strategy in a roundabout.
